Standard Delivery  

Standard shipping is a slower more cost effective service, in most cases using your local postal network for last mile delivery. All Deliveries (Domestic or International) will be despatched between 1000-1600 HKT, Monday to Friday after we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed.

How much will I be charged in duties and taxes?

The amount you are charged for duties and taxes varies based on your country’s import tax rate as well as the value of your order.

All countries that have “duties paid” as part of their standard shipping will be charged Duty and VAT at checkout. All other countries will be required to pay applicable Duty and VAT upon delivery. Grayer Atelier is not responsible for any import taxes imposed by your government upon delivery of the order.

When will I receive the tracking number?

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Can you provide an exact delivery date for standard shipping?

No, we can only give you an estimated transit time based on historical information provided by our courier partners.

Do I need to sign upon delivery for standard shipping delivery?

Signature will be required upon your local service provider, please check with your local service provider for more information. Please note that in the event your package is lost or stolen upon delivery, Grayer Atelier cannot be held liable for any reimbursement cost.


What is your return policy? 

We accept returns of unused items with tags and a valid packing slip within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of sale products for either refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

What should I do if I received a defective product?

If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to contact@grayeratelier.com so we can look into it right away. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping? 

Yes, you will have to pay for the cost to send the item back. You will be required to pay the cost of shipping the package back to Grayer Atelier via a tracked service. Grayer Atelier will not reimburse for the postage required to return. 

How long does it take to process a return? 

Returns typically take around 14 business days to be processed once it reaches our Hong Kong warehouse, and refunds will take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
